The Palace of Dawn
The depth of your soul The heart of your need Called my name
unknown to me I stood up high, on a cliff Beyond the valley of
sunrise And the ridges of sunset
I stood and watched The sun rise and set The day come and
go And had no regret For I was alone with no One to care, no soul
to see No heart to need
You stood up high, on a cliff Beyond the mountain of
starset And the sea of starrise You stood and watched The night
come and go Your call you put out Upon a moons tear
In enchanted places The moon does turn Her
darkened face To
the bright sun To bask in glory is all She wants, a tear to
fall Before turning back
The depth of your soul The heart of your need Came to visit me
upon The suns seed It called my name And bade me to come To
an in between place The palace of the dawn
In a light that barely Is perceived we met And beheld each
others need To complete two halfs to Make each other whole We
meet at the theshold Of heart and soul
In a palace called
dawn
